Terms

Last updated · 25 July 2026

Terms applying to the use of Trussfy.

1. Purpose

Trussfy provides a tool to record domains, generate transparency disclosure templates, and keep a ledger of timestamped statements.

2. No compliance warranty

This tool provides technical assistance and a proof trail. It does not constitute legal advice and does not guarantee regulatory compliance. Responsibility for compliance lies with the website publisher.

Generated texts are editable templates. They are not an official version, nor validated by any authority.

3. Nature of the proof ledger

Ledger entries are timestamped by our servers and chained with a cryptographic hash, which makes later modification detectable.

These timestamps are not qualified timestamps within the meaning of the eIDAS Regulation and carry no certification value. Recorded statements are the user's own; we do not verify them.

4. User obligations

The user declares having the right to enter the domains they add, and warrants the accuracy of their statements.

Using the service in a misleading way, in particular to suggest a certification, is prohibited.

5. Price and payment

The initial audit is free. Paid services are invoiced at the price shown at the time of order, in euros.

6. Limitation of liability

Liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages, capped at the amount actually paid by the user over the last twelve months.

The publisher cannot be held liable for a penalty imposed on a user or their client by an authority.

7. Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

8. Termination

The user may delete their account at any time. The publisher may suspend an account in case of abuse or breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, disputes will be brought before the competent courts.
